GBP Manager is a private tool run by Kitai to manage Google Business Profiles for our clients. Only our team and our clients can sign in.
What we collect
Names, email addresses and passwords (stored as secure hashes) for people who sign in. Photos, videos and messages that clients and our team upload. Basic records of what was done, such as upload dates and when a photo was added to Google.
Google account data
When a Kitai team member connects a Google account, we use Google's APIs only to manage the Business Profiles that account already manages: adding photos and videos, publishing posts, reading and replying to reviews, updating business information and reading performance numbers. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside Kitai and the business owner. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep files
Each client has a storage rule. Files can be removed from our hosting a set time after they are posted to Google, or kept until we delete them. Removing a file from our hosting does not remove it from Google.
Writing help
If turned on, post or reply text may be sent to a writing service (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Google Gemini) to draft wording. Photos are not sent.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your login, files or messages, or disconnect a Google account at any time. You can also remove our access in your Google account under Security → Third-party apps.
